Created to Worship

God's people are created to worship Him with exuberance and authenticity. The Worship Arts Ministry of First Baptist Church exists to enable the church to experience God's presence in creative and meaningful ways. As the church gathers each week for worship, participants in the Worship Arts Ministry offer their talents and skills as an offering to God and as ministry to their fellow worshipers.

Growing Worshipers

The Worship Arts Ministry offers opportunities for persons of all ages.  From infancy, preschoolers are engaged in weekly worship arts experiences with music and movement. Elementary children participate in age-appropriate choirs, developing their skills in music and drama and learning spiritual concepts through the arts. Teenage students perform in choirs, drama groups, and other worship arts ensembles, using their talents in worship-leading and ministry opportunities. Adults of all ages and backgrounds participate in the Celebration Choir and Orchestra or other drama, visual arts, and technology opportunities in worship.
