The members of First Baptist Church are “Great Commission” Christians who take seriously Jesus’ instruction to “make disciples of all nations.” The church’s missions strategy begins in our local community and extends to unreached people throughout the world.
In the past five years, First Baptist Church has sponsored local, national, and international mission projects in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Illinois, Brazil, Canada, Honduras, Indonesia, Thailand, and Ukraine. In addition to ongoing partnerships in some of these regions, upcoming mission project locations include New York City and Kentucky.
